Our online store reflects real-time inventory levels. If a product is available for purchase, it is in stock at the time of ordering.

  • In rare cases of simultaneous purchases, stock may sell out before your order is processed.


2. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible.

  • You may be offered an alternative product, a backorder option, or a full refund.

  • Refunds for out-of-stock items are processed within 5–10 business days.


3. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For select high-demand or upcoming items, pre-orders or backorders may be available:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.

  • Payment is typically collected at the time of purchase.

  • Orders will ship once the item is back in stock.


4. Limited Edition & Final Sale Items

Some products may be sold in limited quantities or marked as final sale:

  • These items are not restocked once sold out.

  • We recommend purchasing promptly to avoid missing out.

  • All sales of final sale items are final and non-returnable.


5. Inventory Accuracy & Errors

We make every effort to ensure our stock levels and product listings are accurate. However, in rare situations:

  • Human or technical errors may lead to inventory discrepancies

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if a mistake has occurred, with full communication and refund if applicable
